🧑‍💻 Lead / Senior Fullstack Engineer – React / Node.js

A fast-growing company, specializing in compliance, data privacy and regulated AI issues (AI Act 🇪🇺) , is recruiting an experienced fullstack developer to support the growth of its SaaS platform.

Already adopted by more than 1,000 customers in France , the company is attacking its European expansion . The technical challenge: scalability , modular architecture , AI integration and stack structuring.

🎯 Role & Missions

This hybrid role between technical lead and senior developer is ideal for a hands-on profile wishing to maintain a concrete impact on the code while participating in the structuring choices of the architecture.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop the platform's fullstack architecture (Node.js / React)
• Ensure the quality, modularity and robustness of the code throughout the chain
• Participate in the transformation of architecture (monolith → modular services)
• Implement AI bricks and rules engines , with an eye on ROI and business value
• Challenge needs, priorities and technical patterns with the Product and Tech teams
• Support the team in increasing maturity in best practices (CI/CD, tests, observability)

✅ Profile Wanted

• 5 years+ of experience in JavaScript / Typescript fullstack (React.js + Node.js)
• Ability to structure an architecture and present it clearly (flows, long tasks, async messaging, etc.)
• Good foundations on issues of scalability, modularity, performance
• Curious, structured, capable of challenging without imposing
• Comfortable with spoken technical English
• Bonus: already worked in a compliance / privacy / data security context

🛠️ Stack Technique

• Frontend : React.js v17, Typescript v4.9
• Backend : Node.js v18.12.1
• Database : MongoDB (preferred)
• Infrastructure : GitLab, Kubernetes
• Exploration / coming soon : Go, ElasticSearch, OpenAI, OPA, Tyk
• Tests & Observability : Playwright, CI/CD to be strengthened

💼 Terms & Conditions

• Contract : Permanent contract
• Location : Neuilly-sur-Seine (92)
• Teleworking : Frequent (3 days/week possible)
• Start : ASAP
• Remuneration : €60–80k gross per year (up to €85k for very strong profile)
