🎯 Role & Missions

This role is a foundational one within the organization. As a Data Lead , you will define the architecture, tools, and standards for the entire data chain—from ingestion to dashboard reporting, including quality and governance.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and deploy a modern data infrastructure (ETL/ELT, data warehouse)
• Implement BI/visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.) and internal and client dashboards
• Structure data quality, governance, security and access
• Develop real-time reports for teams and end users
• Use AI tools (LLM, agents) to accelerate self-service access to data
• Be the key interface between engineering, product, ops, business & customers

✅ Profile Wanted

• 5 years+ of experience in data engineering, analytics or platform (SaaS, scale-up or native AI ideally)
• Proficiency in modern tools: dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, Metabase, etc.
• Has already managed the entire data cycle (ingestion → reporting)
• Strong skills in data clarity, reliability, documentation
• Comfortable in cross-functional environments: product, growth, customer success, ops
• Excited about using LLMs to automate data access

Bonus:

• Experience in implementing large-scale client reporting
