A fast-growing, innovative company specializing in recruiting automation using AI agents is seeking a Data Lead to build a modern, high-performance, and reliable data infrastructure for the benefit of all internal teams and clients.
Already adopted by leading companies in Europe, the solution enables large-scale recruitment transformation via AI (screening, interviews, reporting, etc.).
🎯 Role & Missions
This role is a foundational one within the organization. As a Data Lead , you will define the architecture, tools, and standards for the entire data chain—from ingestion to dashboard reporting, including quality and governance.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and deploy a modern data infrastructure (ETL/ELT, data warehouse)
- Implement BI/visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.) and internal and client dashboards
- Structure data quality, governance, security and access
- Develop real-time reports for teams and end users
- Use AI tools (LLM, agents) to accelerate self-service access to data
- Be the key interface between engineering, product, ops, business & customers
✅ Profile Wanted
- 5 years+ of experience in data engineering, analytics or platform (SaaS, scale-up or native AI ideally)
- Proficiency in modern tools: dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, Metabase, etc.
- Has already managed the entire data cycle (ingestion → reporting)
- Strong skills in data clarity, reliability, documentation
- Comfortable in cross-functional environments: product, growth, customer success, ops
- Excited about using LLMs to automate data access
Bonus:
- Experience in implementing large-scale client reporting
