🎯 Mission

As a Fullstack Tech Lead , you will be the technical referent for a product squad, with a key role in architectural decisions, delivery quality and the team's skills development.
‍

Your responsibilities:

• Design robust and scalable architectures for high-impact web products
• Make structuring technological choices in collaboration with other leads
• Actively develop and contribute to the code (.NET backend, Vue.js frontend)
• Co-construct sprints with the PM and participate in writing the specs
• Raise code quality, oversee best practices, organize technical mentoring
• Participate in the company's overall technical roadmap

✅ Profile Wanted

• +8 years of experience in backend development with .NET Core
• Comfortable with Vue.js (or motivated to delve deeper)
• Mandatory experience on Azure Cloud
• Product culture and experience in e-commerce or UX/UI, performance, SEO-oriented environments
• Sense of software quality, documentation and CI/CD tools
• Curious, rigorous, with real technical and human leadership
