🎯 Role & Missions

As anAI Engineer, you'll be at the heart of the company's AI engine. You'll work end-to-end on AI features: prototyping, testing, deployment, monitoring.
‍

Your key responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end AI functionalities: from rapid prototyping to production.
• Experiment with LLMs: fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Evaluate models: accuracy, bias, reliability, business impact (via customized evaluation pipelines).
• Optimize production usage: latency, caching, costs, enterprise scalability.
• Guarantee compliance: respect for security standards, confidentiality and fairness of models.
• Collaborate with product, data and dev teams to rapidly deliver concrete value.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in generative AI to anticipate opportunities.

✅ Profile Wanted

🎓 You have a background in computer science, machine learning or advanced science.
💡 You've mastered the basics of classic ML (NLP, vision, etc.).
🤖 You've already worked with LLMs (via APIs or frameworks like Hugging Face).
⚙️ You know how to set up monitoring, retraining and evaluation pipelines.
🧪 You are scientifically rigorous, evaluation & iteration-oriented.
💻 You write clean, tested code, with mastered CI/CD.
🧠 You have a good knowledge of modern GenAI stacks (vLLM, vector DB, RAG, etc.).
