Reporting Manager (M/F)

CUSTOMER

Our client is looking for a Reporting Manager to join its Finance team in Paris on a permanent contract, with solid experience in accounting, finance, internal control and data analysis.

ROLE

• Manage the reporting/treasury process effectively and efficiently
• Responsibilities and Obligations
• Treasury & Forecasting
• Build and manage detailed financial forecasts for billings, balance sheets and cash flow statements (including intra-group transactions).
• Help operationalize this forecast by working cross-functionally to define KPIs.
• Support the delivery of cash flow forecasts across the business to enable effective cash management, including ongoing forecast development and analysis.
• Provide detailed variance analyses for actual results versus forecasts.
• Seek opportunities to improve and automate the cash flow forecasting process.
• Manage day-to-day relations with banks and organize the payment process.

PROJECT & PROFITABILITY:

• Prepare a consolidated analysis of trends in Sales/Revenues, Contribution Margin and other related areas.
• Manage the company's monthly reports and forecasts and ensure effective time planning and coordination (including overseeing the timesheet/forecasting tool).
• Carry out analyses on Group performance such as detailed monthly performance trends and KPI reporting against target, and identify potential issues throughout the month.

CREDITS:

• Manage the Accounts Receivable process to ensure that billing and receivables are properly processed in a timely manner, while implementing deadlines for billing and payment collection.
• Assist in the month-end closing process regarding the analysis of deferred/accrued income.

INTERNAL CONTROL:

• Ensure that all legal and internal deadlines are met within the Group.
• Lead the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.
• Ensure that key reconciliations are carried out according to standards and deadlines.
• Assist with control implementation, scoping and optimization process.

OTHER:

• Assist with month-end closing tasks, including assistance with month-end accruals for accounts payable.
• Provide complex ad-hoc analysis and assist with any financial projects deemed appropriate by management.
