Senior Founding Engineer (M/F)

🌟 CONTEXT

In a context of sustained growth and technological growth, an ambitious tech structure is looking for several Founding Engineer profiles to strengthen its current technical team.

The objective: to lay the foundations for a robust and scalable architecture, while accelerating the development of innovative solutions at the intersection of product and artificial intelligence .

We are looking for freelance and permanent profiles, on React.js, TypeScript , Node.js, Nest.js , Python.

🧭 MISSIONS

• Design, develop and maintain complex and scalable software solutions, in close collaboration with the Product and Data teams.
• Manage structuring technical decisions: choice of architecture, technical debt, modularization, CI/CD, performance, security.
• Participate in the implementation of AI-based features (agents, automation, LLM, etc.).
• Technically mentor (or inspire) future employees as a founding pillar of the tech team.
• Intelligently prioritize projects and actively participate in the product roadmap.

🎓 Profile sought

• Experience : 5 to 10 years minimum in high-demand contexts (scale-up, SaaS, complex platforms, etc.).
• Education : ideally from an engineering school or a demanding academic course .
• Key skills :
  
  • Advanced proficiency in Node.js , Nest.js , Typescript , React.js .
  • Solid knowledge in software architecture , design system, CI/CD.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong product sense: ability to challenge needs and propose solutions .
• Valued assets :
  
  • Interest or experience in language models (LLMs) , generative AI, agent architectures.
  • Fluency in technical English.
