🚀 Context

Against a backdrop of business transformation and the strengthening of the AI team, a client is looking for several Machine Learning Engineers (M/F) on permanent contracts.

The aim: to industrialize and scale up artificial intelligence models to optimize recruitment and talent management processes.

You will work in a team of 12 people, at the crossroads of data, software engineering and cloud, based in Paris with 2 days of telecommuting per week.

🎯 Role & Missions

• Design, train and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (LLMs, NLP, vision, recommendation systems)
• Implement and maintain MLOps best practices: CI/CD, monitoring, model orchestration
• Design and maintain scalable and distributed architectures
• Industrialize and deploy models on cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Collaborate with software and data teams to integrate models into products
• Improve model performance and inference times
• Maintain a technology watch and experiment with new AI approaches

✅ Profile Wanted

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Machine Learning and MLOps
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Good knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Esprit builder: you like to lay the technical foundations in a fast-growing environment
• Leading spirit: able to design robust, scalable ML pipelines
• Passion for the impact of AI in HR automation and productivity
• Curiosity, rigor and commitment to large-scale industrialization issues
• Professional English required
