🎯 The Mission

You'll be joining the back-office product team:

• Develop and enhance product features, from the business model to the user interface
• Contribute to architectural decisions within the team
• Participate in technical workshops and code reviews

🤖 AI in Everyday Life

Claude Code is being rolled out across the entire technical and product teams: drafting use cases and user stories, code generation, and code reviews. You’ll work in an environment where AI is an integral part of the daily development process. Practical experience is required—not just a passing interest.

🧑‍💻 The stack

• Backend: C# / .NET, WebAPI
• Frontend: Angular
• Data: SQL Server, T-SQL stored procedures
• Infrastructure and Tools: Azure, Git, GitLab CI/CD, Datadog
• Practices: hexagonal architecture and DDD (front-end and back-end), automated testing, systematic code reviews

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 4 or more years in .NET development; bachelor's or master's degree
• Angular: Real-world experience, not just a one-time project
• SQL Server: Writing Queries and Working with T-SQL Stored Procedures
• Design: Practical Application of OOP, SOLID, and REST
• Development AI: Using Claude Code, MCPs, or equivalent tools
• Independence: understanding objectives, meeting deadlines, attention to detail, documentation, staying informed
• Passion for the field: the ability to understand the business requirements in order to propose the right technical solution
• Interpersonal Skills: active listening, curiosity, openness to the work of other team members

Desirable: CRAFT culture (TDD, clean code, continuous refactoring), experience with e-commerce or high-volume transactional systems.

⚠️ What You Need to Know

• In-person attendance is mandatory: 3 days on-site in Rennes, 2 days of remote work
• The AI requirement is a genuine selection criterion, not just a throwaway line in the ad
• The daily rate has been set at 450 € per day, for an initial period of 6 months, renewable

📌 Prerequisites
