Enterprise Architect (Corporate functions) - Expert - (M/F)

First and foremost, we're looking for an architect with experience as an architect in large companies, not necessarily in finance, as we're dealing with corporate functions common to all large structures.

The architect must have already built but also followed the implementation of new architectures.

He must be at ease in technical discussions, must challenge the opinions and ideas of team members and must also support his choices by defending them to Management.

Fluency in English is a prerequisite, as we have teams in the UK.

‍PROJETS/ MISSIONS:
‍

As part of the development of its management systems, our customer requires a service to support the extensive transformation plan for the company's corporate functions.

As part of a 2-year, 10 million euro transformation program, the service will define strategy and architecture across a wide range of transformation projects.

The service will be carried out in close collaboration with the enterprise architecture team and the business lines (infrastructure, security, data).

With the aim of improving efficiency, scalability and agility within our corporate functions, the service will intervene in :

• Business needs analysis;

• Identification of optimization opportunities;
  ‍
• Development of innovative architectural designs.

The main tasks will be as follows:

• Definition of the target information system for our customer's corporate functions following a major transformation program;

• Consulting and design in the following strategic architectural transformation programs, both in the initial design phase and in the construction phase:
  ‍
  -> Support in choosing between different solutions (purchasing or in-house developments), selecting Open-source technologies, ensuring best practices in software architecture and software engineering;
  
  -> Designing technological solutions aligned with corporate strategies and objectives, and ensuring their effective implementation;
  ‍
  -> Assessing and recommending integration strategies for new and existing systems, optimizing performance, data flow and interoperability;
  
  -> Advice and technical expertise to project teams to ensure alignment with architectural objectives and strategies;
  
  -> Collaboration with enterprise architecture teams to ensure consistency, interoperability and alignment with global enterprise architecture principles and standards;
  
  -> Development and maintenance of strong relationships with management (business and/or IT) but also external partners on software package choices to promote collaboration, communication and alignment across all functional areas.

PROGRAMS:

The various strategic architectural transformation programs are as follows:

• CRM: vast business transformation program (processes, tools, data) with a new CRM (RFP to be launched by the end of Q1), including strong marketing involvement.

• Finance: scope of management control to be computerized, based on a substantial set of data, sometimes obtained from our partners.
  ‍
• HR: construction of an HR IS with a database and application systems to be reviewed or completed.
  ‍
• CORPORATE Datalake: to be built to meet the needs of sales, marketing teams, finance teams, HR ... all with integration of AI tools.

DELIVERABLE:

• Definition of global reference architectures and blueprints for strategic architectural themes such as finance and controlling, customer relationship management, human resources and business functions;

• Ensure transparency of existing IT mapping and develop transformation roadmaps.

• Expertise in architecture and corporate strategy
• Expertise in corporate functions (Finance, CRM, HR, etc.)
