✏️ PRODUCT DESIGNER (M/F)

The Product Designer creates the user experience for digital products: web, mobile, and SaaS applications. They oversee the entire design process, from user research (UX) tothe final interface (UI), working closely with Product Managers and developers.

🎯 Tasks

  • Conducting discovery: user research, interviews, testing, and journey analysis.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final interfaces in Figma.
  • Build and maintain the company's design system.
  • Test and iterate: user testing, A/B testing, usage tracking.
  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG/RGAA) and a consistent user experience.
  • Work closely with PMs and developers on a daily basis (handoffs, design tokens).

  • Figma: The Core Tool for the Field (design, prototyping, design system, Dev Mode).
  • UX Methods: interviews, personas, journey mapping, moderated and unmoderated testing.
  • Additional tools: Maze, Notion, Miro/FigJam, generative AI tools integrated into the design workflow.
